Ruach Blessing is a free lunchtime meditation class usually held weekly at 1.00pm Thursdays - it is currently on hold following the closure of St Luke's Gardens (outside the bombed out church). Watch this space for details of new start date and venue.
We often pay lots of attention to our body's health and to developing our mind but may ignore our spiritual well being.
Meditation seeks to redress the balance by cultivating inner peace and connection with the universal source of life. Using movements from Tai Chi and insights from different traditions of contemplation, Christian and non-Christian, we meditate each Thursday lunchtime in the open air.
We each take responsibility for ourselves during these exercises, which are suitable for all levels of mobility and experience.
