Wednesday Evenings at St Bride’s:
5.30 - 6.05 pm: Mindful Movement
6.05 - 6.15 pm: Break (& mindful tea drinking!)
6.15 - 6.45 pm: Sitting meditation
All are welcome to come to either or both of the sessions, no previous experience necessary. If you arrive for the 6.15 Meditation session before the tea break, please enter quietly. The gentle movement we use in the Mindful Movement session is suitable for people of all mobility levels.
Everyone is welcome to come and meditate. This is a space for people of all faiths and none. Meditation exercises are drawn from various contemporary traditions, including the World Community for Christian Meditation.
